The Economy as Viewed by the Hearing Impaired
It is sometimes out of the control of anyone with the hint of concern that there are certain businesses that prefer to hire people with perfect health conditions to work for them. From this, the employment economy shows a bias from the normal worker and a worker who has some form of physical imperfection. For an instance, in the case of a person who has been diagnosed with hearing problems, it may be a little difficult for him to find employment that gives due consideration to people with issues like him. Sometimes, he may be able to find a job especially if his health condition has been corrected with the use of hearingaids but then it may be difficult for him to maintain that job especially if quite a number of physically normal people are vying for it.
The economy for people with hearing impairment is quite difficult to work with. There are inevitable instances when they are prevented to work for the company that they want even if they are supported by reliable digital hearing aids because of the high percentage of competition for different jobs. Of course, companies would rather prefer to hire people with no disabilities so that they will not be experiencing any problems related to any health condition because they have hired someone who has shown to have the problem right at the start. And because of this, most hearing impaired people are left without a job.
To fight back this problem in employment, some investors created opportunities for people with hearing problems. With the objective of helping less fortunate individuals, jobs were opened for people having disabilities like hearing impairment. And because of this, the future of the economy in the eyes of the hearing impaired will be a little brighter and better for him.
